Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trade crews on-site
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to schedules
- Help enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards
- Verify work aligns with drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Assist with site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment coordination
- Identify and report issues, delays, or safety concerns to the Superintendent
- Support punch list creation and closeout activities
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and site documentation
- Assist with inspections by clients, inspectors, and governing authorities
