A-Lert Construct ion Services is now hiring an Office Manager in Marshall, MN. This is a full-time, long-term position with full benefits after 90 days. This position works 8 hour days, 5 days a week.

Job Summary

We are seeking a well-organized admin for a full-time position. You must be able to perform a wide variety of clerical responsibilities, while having strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Duties vary and may include data entry of invoices, administrating the hiring of new employees, processing time sheets, answering the phone, and performing clerical tasks.

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Excel
  • Follow specific directions
  • Work within standards of accuracy
