Centurion Industries, Inc. is a privately held, multi-divisional corporation which provides diversified metal fabrication and industrial construction services throughout the U.S. Two of our divisions, A-Lert Roof Systems, and A-Lert Building Systems are both located in New Braunfels, TX.
Since 1975, A-Lert Roof Systems has earned a reputation as one of the leading metal roofing contractors in the United States. We have manufactured, engineered, designed, and installed over 35 million square feet of standing seam metal roof systems for thousands of clients nationwide. We are a full-service roofing company, meaning we handle everything from manufacturing to installation. This allows us to create the highest quality of roofs and roofing materials. We provide a wide range of roofing services from new construction, roof retrofitting, and wall and liner systems.
We are looking for a Vice President with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to join A-Lert Roof Systems in New Braunfels, TX. This leadership role offers a key opportunity for the right candidate to use their entrepreneurial and people skills to advance the company’s growth and success. While this role will initially focus on leading our Sales and Marketing efforts, prior experience in these areas is not required. What is required? Leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop sales teams and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership on company direction and growth.
- Identify new markets and partnerships.
A Qualified Candidate Needs:
- Entrepreneurial leader with an inquisitive mind and history of success.
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
- Skilled in communication and collaboration, with hands-on experience leading teams to collaborate effectively.

Pay and Benefits
- Salaried: $100,000-$150,000 per year
