Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew on commercial standing metal roof projects
- Plan daily work and assign tasks to ensure efficiency and quality
- Maintain safety standards and enforce OSHA compliance on all job sites
- Train and mentor team members to maintain high productivity and skill levels
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients as needed
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and implement solutions to avoid delays
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or lead on commercial metal roof projects
- Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation techniques
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work out of town for 1-2 weeks at a time
