We are currently seeking a full-time Workforce Data Analysis Manager to join our Corporate Team. This is a remote position that will require some travel.
The Workforce Data Analysis Manager position will develop and maintain a productivity infrastructure to measure workforce productivity at the site and functional area level. This role involves leveraging data to assess talent needs, forecast resource requirements, and recommend improvements to optimize workforce productivity and cost effective operations. This position is the leader of a Productivity Program which uses volume and workforce data analytics to drive compliance to budget and improvement goals.
Responsibilities:
- Align current and future productivity tools with the organization’s current and future goals.
- Responsible for planning, functionality, training, and executing any new productivity tools.
- Manage Productivity Program: inform, educate, and assist site, program, and executive leaders in understanding the foundational concepts of productivity.
- Streamline data standardization related to productivity measurement and oversee the creation and delivery of related training and educational materials and operational reports.
- Collaborate with leaders from each operational area to ensure timely progress toward desired outcomes and assist with obtaining access to data, tools, and other resources.
- Engage teams and project stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new/innovative opportunities created by the practices & enriched data resulting from the Productivity Program.
- Develop and maintain productivity benchmarks and KPIs to ensure high quality patient care while maintaining cost-effective operations.
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Industrial Engineering or business or healthcare related field.
- Master’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field is required.
- 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, consulting, HR, or workforce management improvement initiatives with a focus on productivity and/or process improvement.
- Experience with one or more healthcare productivity systems such as LaborLytics, PLUS, Strata, or Operational Advisor is required.
- Experience with productivity monitoring and design desired.
- Strong communication, analytics, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with project management methodologies and tools.
