Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Georgia Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a full-time Lab Tech to join our team at McRae Women's Facility located in McRae-Helena, GA
Pay Scale: $18.00-$23.00 an hour
The Lab Tech is responsible for drawing blood, checking vital signs, finger sticking for blood sugars, and assisting with activities of daily living for patients in a correctional healthcare environment.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Current Phlebotomist certification with verifiable formal training and on-the-job experience as a Phlebotomist required
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/license preferred
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Corrections experience preferred
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Available Shift: Days, 4-10 hour shifts, or 5, 8 hour shifts, with rotating weekends
