- Hourly Rate: $46.00–$51.00/hour (based on years of licensure)

The Registered Nurse (RN) Charge (Medical) provides shift leadership while independently managing facility audits and key administrative responsibilities in a correctional setting. This role requires strong audit experience, proven leadership, and the ability to provide direct patient care and support.
Essential Duties:
Lead and supervise nursing and support staff on the assigned shift
Independently coordinate, complete, and support required facility audits, documentation reviews, and compliance-related follow-up
Perform administrative nursing tasks, including reporting, tracking, and ensuring accuracy of required records
Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients as needed
Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Health Service Administrator
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs
