- Proficiency in Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
- Firm grasp of Project Management principles, including resource planning and task prioritization
- Experience with Inspection processes to ensure quality standards are met for all project deliverables
- Skills in Logistics Management to coordinate supply chains and support efficient project execution
- Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus
