• Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  
  

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a patient-focused approach, and the flexibility to work varying shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes to the supervising RN or physician.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
