Summary

This role leads the Labor & Delivery unit operations-planning, staffing, workflow oversight, policy/procedure support, and quality-driven patient care delivery-in partnership with facility leadership.

  • License

    • Active RN license in state of practice OR Compact/Multi-State RN license

  • Education

    • BSN required (Master's preferred)

  • Certifications (required)

    • BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)

    • ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross)

    • NRP (required)

  • Experience

    • 3 years RN experience in Labor & Delivery (required)

    • Some leadership experience (required) (Charge RN, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Preceptor, Team Lead, etc.)
