Nurse Manager-Chemotherapy

Location: Sitka, Alaska

Pay Rate: $ 4,200 To 4,480/ Week

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday Friday

Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Professional Nursing Experience Required

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager Chemotherapy / Immunotherapy for a 13-week contract opportunity in Sitka, Alaska. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supporting nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care within the oncology infusion setting.

• Oversee daily clinical and operational activities of the Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy department while ensuring quality patient care.

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, supporting professional development and clinical competency.

• Coordinate patient care, staffing, scheduling, and interdisciplinary collaboration to maintain efficient department operations.

• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental policies.

• Assist with budgeting, resource management, performance improvement, and operational planning to support departmental goals.

• Active Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) License required at the time of submission.

• Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience, including 2 years of Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy experience.

• Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience required.

• Current ACLS Certification required.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills required.
