LPN/LVN - Skilled Nursing (PRN)
Location: Bradford, MA 01835
Employment Type: PRN
Pay Rate: $34 - $37/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will help improve the quality of life for residents through compassionate clinical care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate patient care documentation.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
Required Requirements:
- Valid LPN or LVN license for Massachusetts.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
- Ability to work flexible PRN shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
