Position: Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Hilo, Hawaii
Compensation: $50/hr to $53/hr
Job Type: 13-Week Contract | Day Shift
Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Med Surg / Step Down RNs for a 13-week contract assignment at Hilo Medical Center, Hawaii. This role involves floating across multiple medical and surgical units while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Flex Rn Floats between various medical and surgical units
Requirements:
Active RN License
Minimum 2 Years of Experience Required
BLS & ACLS Required
PALS, TNCC, ENPC, Procedural Sedation Preferred
Ability to Work 12-Hour Day Shifts
Must Complete Onsite Orientation Prior to Start
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care across Med Surg and Step Down units
Float between Medical, Surgical, and Cardiovascular Units as needed
Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes
Maintain accurate EMR documentation using Meditech/EPIC
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards
Salary : $50 - $53
