Responsibilities
Provide direct resident care and nursing support during assigned night shifts
Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Follow care plans, infection control procedures, and patient safety protocols
Maintain resident dignity, confidentiality, and a professional care environment
Requirements
Active CNA certification required
Travel CNA, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred
Must be available for Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 12-hour night shifts
State/federal issued ID and facility photo badge required at all times
COVID vaccination proof or documented religious/medical exemption required
