Position: Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Hilo, Hawaii
Compensation: $50/hr to $53/hr
Job Type: 13-Week Contract | Day Shift
Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Med Surg / Step Down RNs for a 13-week contract assignment at Hilo Medical Center, Hawaii. This role involves floating across multiple medical and surgical units while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Flex Rn Floats between various medical and surgical units
Requirements:
• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience Required
• BLS & ACLS Required
• PALS, TNCC, ENPC, Procedural Sedation Preferred
• Ability to Work 12-Hour Day Shifts
• Must Complete Onsite Orientation Prior to Start
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care across Med Surg and Step Down units
• Float between Medical, Surgical, and Cardiovascular Units as needed
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation using Meditech/EPIC
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards
Salary : $50 - $54
