Pay Breakdown
Weekly Gross: $ 1,000 To $ 1,357 /Week
Blended Hourly Rate: $ 34 To $ 38 /Hour
Weekly Taxable Pay: $ 957
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $ 1407
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Work Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Required Qualifications & Certifications
Active Wyoming Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License Required
Minimum 2 Years of Relevant LPN / Long-Term Care Experience Required
IV Certification Required per Assignment
Current BLS/BCLS Certification Required
Must Be Comfortable Working Independently in a Long-Term Care Environment
Additional Requirements
Traveler’s Permanent Address Must Be at Least 100 Miles From the Assignment Location
Holiday Coverage Required
Must Be Willing to Float Between Two LTC Floors
PCC Documentation System Used
All Compliance Documents Must Be Uploaded at Least 5 Business Days Before the Assignment Start Date
Candidate Must Be Available to Start the Assignment on Time
