Manager, Special Projects

We’d Love to Hear From People With:

You’ll oversee projects from kickoff to commissioning — managing scope, schedules, and budgets while leading cross-functional teams to deliver results safely and on time. You’ll anticipate risks before they become problems, develop strategies that keep projects moving, and ensure stakeholders are aligned at every step. Along the way, you’ll leverage project controls, guide negotiations, conduct lessons learned, and keep senior leadership in the loop with clear reporting and analysis. Simply put: you’ll be the force that turns big plans into big wins.

We’d Love to Hear From People With:

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, or equivalent technical experience
• 20 years of management experience leading complex initiatives
• 5 years of experience managing high-tech, scientific R&D projects
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills

A Successful Candidate Brings:

• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential
• Experience managing DOE or NRC nuclear facility projects
An active “Q” level security clearance

In addition, once employed, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
