Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer located in Egypt, AR. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to the company, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing the company in legal proceedings. The role involves working closely with various departments to identify and mitigate legal risks, as well as advising on corporate governance and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Drafting and Review:
o Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and NDAs with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
o Ensure all contracts are legally sound, mitigate risks, and protect the company's interests.
2. Legal Advisory:
o Provide expert legal opinions on various cases, contracts, and legal documents.
o Advise management on the implications of legal and regulatory changes.
3. Agreement Management:
o Review, monitor, and enforce agreements with partners and clients.
o Address issues related to closures, ensuring penalties and clauses are executed as needed.
4. Collection and Follow-Up:
o Manage and follow up on collections, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
o Send and respond to emails related to legal disputes or financial penalties.
5. Company Incorporation:
o Handle the incorporation and setup of offshore companies.
o Work with global entities, particularly in the US, Egypt, and GCC regions.
Qualifications
:
- Proven experience as a corporate lawyer with expertise in contract law, international business law, and corporate governance.
- Familiarity with laws and regulations in global markets, especially in the US, Egypt, and GCC.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in handling offshore company incorporation and compliance matters.
Salary : $30,000 - $60,000
