Centro is seeking a relationship-driven Sales Engineer to help grow our business, support customer projects, and serve as a key link between our customers and internal teams. This role combines technical sales, project management, and customer relationship management in a manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Support industry-leading customers, including brands such as John Deere, Caterpillar, Toro, and Bad Boy Mowers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, pricing, and customer proposals.
- Coordinate customer requirements with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Materials teams.
- Support new product launches, project management, and issue resolution.
- Conduct customer visits and provide technical guidance related to product design and manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, customer service, engineering, or manufacturing.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Work Environment and Schedule
This is a full-time, exempt position that works primarily in an office environment, with periodic exposure to manufacturing operations. The normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional schedule variations based on business needs. This position also involves travel to our current and prospective customer's sites.
