Manufacturing Engineering Technician
North Liberty, IA | Full-Time | 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve manufacturing fixtures, tools, and workstations
- Assist with equipment installations and facility setup projects
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and processing issues using root cause analysis
- Perform fabrication, welding, machining, and mechanical tasks
- Support process improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, and quality
- Assist with CNC programming and engineering projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one year of applicable manufacturing, mechanical, or engineering experience
- MIG welding experience required; TIG welding preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience using hand and power tools
- AutoCAD, CNC, machining, or manufacturing engineering experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
