 What You’ll Do:

• Develop, formulate and direct the quality programs for the organization to include advanced inspection methods, devices and auditing practices. 
• Develop and authorize product and process audit sampling plans. 
• Lead and manage QA Associates on a team
• Make regular visits to customers to maintain goodwill, provide technical support, confer on specific quality problems, programs and customer requirements. 
• Maintain complete and accurate quality records. Report Customer Appreciation results as required. 
• Conduct and/or supervise studies to determine cause, effect and the corrective measures required to address causes of nonconformances or barriers to improvement. 
• Performs duties and fulfills responsibilities in accordance with those defined in Centro's Quality System 

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Plastic molding experience preferred
• Familiar with Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, and FMEA preferred
• Skilled in the use of quality tools
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
