CENTRL Office is a West Coast-based flexible office space provider, with locations in California, Oregon and Washington. We provide high-end, full service, collaborative workspace solutions.
We're coming to San Francisco in early 2026 and are actively hiring for a full-time General Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our upcoming North Waterfront location. The person in this role will be an integral part of our team and actively contribute to the company’s growth and success.

What you’ll do:
Hospitality is the name of the game at CENTRL. You'll be the person taking care of the folks in our space and providing an excellent experience for members and guests at all times. You will do this through managing the day-to-day operations of the space, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining an extraordinary sense of community, and providing sales support to the sales team.
Member Services:
- Main point of contact at location for Members and Guests
- Answer phones and respond to voicemails
- Address and resolve member issues, complaints, and feedback
- Manage incoming location emails and Slacks
- Book meeting rooms and day offices for members and guests
- Plan and execute Member events
- Develop partnerships in the local community that will benefit CENTRL members
Operations:
- Open and close the space Mon-Fri
- Create systems that increase efficiency and organization
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of space
- Manage budget with monthly expenses
- Process daily and monthly invoices and handle collections of overdue revenue
- Own all vendor relationships
- Order supplies and amenities and manage inventory
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Financial:
- Generate and process invoices
- Assist members and guests with questions related to AR
- Handle collections of overdue revenue
Sales Support:
- Provide tours for walk-ins, memberships, and day bookings
- Support Area Sales Manager with office tours when necessary
- Oversee new member onboarding and offboarding
- Process daily, weekly, and monthly bill runs
What we’d like to see:
The General Manager role is a big job that will have you wearing a lot of hats. There’s no perfect blend of job experience and personality to guarantee success, but here’s what we know will help:
- 2-3 years experience in Co-Working industry strongly preferred
- 3 years in-person customer service required (hospitality preferred)
- 2 years in business operations or administration required
- Passion for delighting customers
- Professional demeanor
- Accountable, adaptable, and ambitious
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter who has the ability to work autonomously

Compensation of $80 - 85K yearly with combination of base salary, quarterly bonuses, and sales commission.
