Warehouse • Event Logistics • Live Production Support
Centric Events | Phoenix, AZ (101 & Cave Creek Rd)
Corporate Events • Conferences • Concerts • Live Production
Help prepare the gear and systems that power corporate events, conferences, and live productions across Arizona.
About the Role
Centric Events is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse & Event Operations Associate to support both our warehouse operations and event execution team.
This role is primarily based in our warehouse, helping prep, organize, and maintain the equipment that powers events across Arizona. At times, this position will flex into the field, assisting our event teams with loading trucks, setting up equipment, and supporting event execution.
Because this role is largely warehouse-based, the ideal candidate genuinely enjoys warehouse environments, logistics, and operational organization. Our warehouse team quite literally sets our event execution teams up for success.
This role is about much more than loading and unloading trucks. It’s about helping organize, prepare, and maintain the equipment and systems that allow our team to bring a client’s vision to life. Every organized case, prepped order, and well-packed truck contributes to smoother events, happier clients, and a stronger team.
If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and being part of a team that values doing things the right way, this role offers meaningful responsibility and room to grow.

Why Work at Centric
We care about not burning our team out.
Live events demand a lot, but they shouldn’t cost you your health, family, or sanity. At Centric, we plan ahead, communicate clearly, and build systems that allow for excellent work and a life outside of events.
What supports that commitment:
- Professional planning and prep that reduces last-minute chaos
- Clear expectations, communication, and leadership on events
- A team culture built around respect, ownership, and long-term growth
