In this role, you will:
- Change Strategy & Governance:
- Define and execute a comprehensive OCM strategy aligned to REx program objectives
- Establish change governance structures integrated with overall program delivery
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments across Field Sales, Commercial Operations, and Leadership teams
- Identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies to reduce resistance and adoption barriers
- Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
- Partner closely with executive sponsors to align messaging and visible sponsorship behaviors
- Develop leadership engagement plans and equip leaders with tools to reinforce change
- Design and activate Change Champion Networks across regions and deployment waves
- Communications & Adoption Enablement
- Develop and oversee role-based communications strategies tailored to impacted audiences
- Ensure consistent and timely messaging aligned to deployment milestones
- Collaborate with training leads to ensure communications and learning strategies are fully integrated
- Monitor adoption, readiness, and sentiment using defined metrics and feedback loops
- Readiness & Value Realization
- Conduct business readiness assessments and provide actionable recommendations
- Establish adoption KPIs and track performance post-deployment
- Support go-live and hypercare stabilization efforts
- Drive reinforcement strategies to embed standardized REx ways of working and sustain long-term outcomes
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 10 years of Organizational Change Management experience
- Demonstrated success leading OCM for large-scale, global, technology-enabled transformations
- Experience supporting retail execution, field sales, or commercial operations organizations
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven experience developing stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption measurement strategies
- Experience working across multi-region or phased deployment environments
- Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership alignment skills
- Preferred Qualifications: Retail Execution (REx) experience strongly preferred, Salesforce experience a plus
- Must be willing to go on-site once a month for a few days
