We’re looking for a Scrum Master with 7 years of experience supporting Agile teams and driving delivery across complex programs.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Demos, Retros) for two teams
- Remove blockers and drive team alignment, flow, and delivery
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Maintain RAIDD log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions, Dependencies) and escalate as needed
- Track requirements via RTM to ensure alignment to business goals
- Own weekly status reporting for leadership (SteerCo/IPMO)
- Support stage gate reviews and deployment readiness
- Facilitate lessons learned and drive actionable improvements
- Collaborate across workstreams, leadership, and external partners
- 7 years of Scrum Master experience, supporting multiple teams
- Strong Agile knowledge (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with program reporting and governance
