In this role, you will:
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, values, and practices.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress and delivery.
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog.
- Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Track and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and other key performance metrics.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
- Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes.
- Promote Agile values across the organization to help improve overall adoption and maturity.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification required.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to work with distributed or cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
