In this role, you will:
- Lead the global, multi-country LMS implementation, establishing clear project plans, governance structures, and decision-making forums
- Develop and manage integrated project/work plans, including cross-functional dependencies, HR system integrations, and data migration activities
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, and change requests across global and regional teams
- Coordinate program and project interdependencies across workstreams and adjacent initiatives
- Support and administer core PMO processes, including resource coordination and facilitation of key PMO meetings
- Track and report risks and issues, ensuring mitigation plans are developed and executed
- Provide accurate, transparent weekly status reporting to leadership and drive timely decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Learning, Technology, Data Privacy, and Regional Markets) to ensure alignment and resolution of dependencies
- Oversee SaaS vendors and system integrators, ensuring milestone delivery and quality outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate compliance and data privacy risks (e.g., GDPR)
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies, including communications, training readiness, and deployment support. Troubleshoot issues, remove blockers, and ensure successful program execution
- Promote standardized PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices across regions
Who You Are:
- 5–7 years of project or program management experience, including leading large-scale technology implementations (global experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-country software deployments
- Experience working with SaaS vendors and system integrators; exposure to RFP/RFI processes preferred
- Familiarity with LMS concepts (users, courses, compliance tracking, reporting) and HR system/data integrations
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet (Planview a plus)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively to executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across global teams, cultures, and regions
- Comfortable managing ambiguity, resolving complex issues, and driving stakeholder accountability
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred
