The Commercial Domain Architect is the senior technology leader responsible for translating Commercial and Service & Repair strategy into clear, executable architecture outcomes. This role drives in year cost savings, year over year simplification, and the creation of a scalable target state architecture across the full Commercial value stream. A key focus is maximizing enterprise leverage of Salesforce and other strategic platforms to reduce fragmentation, lower operating cost, and improve performance across sales, marketing, service, and customer engagement.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Global Service & Repair leaders to define target operating models and capability roadmaps.
- Lead target state architecture across portfolio planning, pricing, demand shaping, sales execution, enablement, customer support, and service delivery.
- Provide solution architecture leadership for major Commercial and Service initiatives, ensuring alignment to Salesforce and enterprise platform standards.
- Guide solution design across Salesforce, MarTech, SAP Hybris, Aprimo, Allego, and related systems.
- Identify and drive consolidation, rationalization, and retirement of redundant Commercial and Service tools.
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to quantify savings and track value realization.
- Represent Commercial and Service architecture in enterprise governance forums and ensure consistent, platform first decision making.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- 12 years in solution or domain architecture supporting Commercial and/or Global Service functions
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and Commercial/Service technology ecosystems
- Proven track record delivering simplification and cost reduction outcomes
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
