Centric Consulting is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a largescale transformation centered on implementing a global Oracle ERP ecosystem. This role will guide the people side of change across ProcuretoPay and interconnected supplychain functions, helping define the future state vision, drive adoption, and enable crossfunctional readiness.
You will work in a fastpaced, highly fluid environment where priorities shift frequently. The ideal candidate can operate with flexibility, provide immediate value, and bring structure and clarity to a rapidly evolving program. This role is well suited for a seasoned change leader who excels in ambiguity, partners effectively with global teams, and can strengthen alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

In this role, you will:
- Lead Organizational Change for Oracle Transformation
- Drive Change Strategy and Execution Develop and execute change management plans addressing stakeholder impacts, adoption needs, communication priorities, and readiness across global teams.
- Support High‑Complexity Workstreams Provide OCM leadership across interconnected functional areas, including:
- Procure‑to‑Pay (Direct Procurement)
- Planning for Finished Goods (FG) and Non‑FG (MRP)
- Receiving and Shipping
- Oracle integrations with WMS
- Oracle integrations with TMS
- Intercompany orchestration processes
- Procure‑to‑Pay (Direct Procurement)
- Planning for Finished Goods (FG) and Non‑FG (MRP)

- Intercompany orchestration processes
- Deliver Value Across Deployment Waves Support organizational change efforts across multiple deployment phases, including Finance, Order‑to‑Cash, and Global Procure‑to‑Pay rollouts.
- Operate Effectively in Fast‑Changing Environments Bring structure, clarity, and calm to a fast‑moving, frequently shifting program environment. Adapt quickly to changes in direction and maintain strong productivity under pressure.
- Engage Leadership and Global Teams Partner with program leaders, business owners, and global stakeholders to reinforce expectations, align messaging, and ensure consistent engagement throughout the transformation.
- Communicate the “Why” Behind the Change Develop clear, concise, audience‑specific messages that help stakeholders understand the purpose and value of the transformation. Build trust and engagement, especially among groups experiencing change fatigue.
- Identify and Address Adoption Risks Anticipate resistance, surface concerns early, and collaborate with functional teams to remove obstacles impacting adoption and readiness.
- Provide Immediate Value Quickly understand program context, integrate into a complex environment, and begin delivering meaningful contributions with minimal ramp‑up time.
- A seasoned Organizational Change Management Lead with deep experience supporting complex, global Oracle ERP transformations.
- Highly knowledgeable in ProcuretoPay (D2B), including Direct Procurement, MRP planning, receiving/shipping processes, and supply chain execution.
- Experienced with integrations between Oracle and WMS/TMS systems as well as intercompany orchestration.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities—flexible, adaptable, and able to “bend without breaking.”
- Able to synthesize information quickly and produce polished deliverables under tight timelines.
- Calm under pressure and not easily flustered by rapid changes or evolving direction.
- Skilled at collaborating with global teams across finance, ordertocash, procuretopay, and supply chain operations.
- Strong communicator capable of engaging leaders, simplifying complex concepts, and building trust across stakeholder groups.
- Comfortable influencing without authority and navigating highly ambiguous program environments.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to provide immediate impact even when clarity is limited.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field required
- Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MSOD, or similar)
- Certifications in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP) are a plus
