In this role, you will: 

• Lead culture and behavior change efforts within Finance Transformation
• Translate transformation goals into clear behavioral expectations and adoption milestones
• Drive end-to-end process and operating model adoption; remove barriers to change
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies (communications, training, engagement)
• Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to ensure alignment and sponsorship
• Conduct stakeholder/readiness assessments and advise leaders on navigating resistance
• Define and track adoption, behavior, and culture metrics; refine strategies using insights
• Build capability through training, coaching, and enablement of managers and teams

Who You Are: 

• 7 years leading organizational change, culture, or process adoption initiatives
• Proven ability to drive behavior change in complex, cross-functional environments
• Experience influencing senior leadership and shaping culture and decision-making
• Strong understanding of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP)
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
• Experience designing and measuring adoption and culture metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
