MUST HAVE HUMAN RESOURCES AND RECRUITING EXPERIENCE
Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Contributes to the recruitment procedures that result in successful staffing of the organization including new positions, backfill, and contract start-ups.
- Responsible for tracking and documenting applicant communication in the recruiting system.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- Utilize text, email, and phone functionality to engage candidates.
- Stays up to date on current hiring/recruiting/staffing laws to ensure compliance.
- Reviews job descriptions prior to posting and coordinates for updates as needed.
- Ensures listed job requirements support the hiring process. Maintains database of job requirements.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR and recruiting REQUIRED
- Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
- Strong computer skills are essential, including accurate and timely data entry, and generating and analyzing reports.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed.
- Ability to work in high-demand, fast-paced environments.
- Must be comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing work projects efficiently and effectively
- Able to inform candidates of hiring decisions in a professional manner.
