Roles & Responsibilities

· Install, configure, and maintain IBM MQ environments across Unix/Linux/Windows platforms

· Troubleshoot MQ-related issues such as message backlogs, channel failures, connectivity issues, and application errors [jobzmall.com]

· Support Production messaging environments and perform root cause analysis for root cause failures.

· Troubleshoot Kafka cluster health checks and performance monitoring.

· Support kafka configuration changes and topic management.

· Provide operational support for TIBCO messaging components.
