Central Virginia Swim School is opening its first indoor swim lesson facility this September on Berkmar Court, and we're looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy helping others and take pride in keeping things running smoothly.
This is much more than a front desk position. Our Customer Experience & Operations Associates are the heartbeat of our facility, welcoming families, supporting instructors, answering questions, and ensuring every swimmer has an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until they head home.

Scheduling
We work hard to create schedules that fit your availability while providing consistency for both our staff and our families.
- Most shifts are 4–8 hours long
- Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available
- Work as little as one shift per week or build a more consistent part-time schedule
- We strive to provide a predictable weekly schedule whenever possible
What You'll Do
- Welcome swimmers and families with warmth and professionalism
- Check students in and keep lessons running on schedule
- Answer phones, emails, and customer questions
- Help families register for lessons and navigate their accounts
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Prepare equipment and lesson areas throughout the day
- Keep the lobby, viewing area, changing rooms, and pool deck clean, organized, and inviting
- Restock supplies and assist with daily facility upkeep
- Support instructors and management with day-to-day operations
- Help create a safe, positive, and professional environment for every guest

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or childcare experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends
Compensation
- Starting at $15/hour
- Performance-based pay increases
- Additional hours available as enrollment grows
