Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Supervise and interact with children in a positive manner to encourage their development.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that meets health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Foster an inclusive environment that supports children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children.
Experience
- Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly learning environment.
- Skills in caregiving, including first aid certification, are highly desirable.
- Experience working with infants or young children is a plus.
- Knowledge of educational practices that support the development of children with disabilities is advantageous.
