Your Impact as a Maintenance Assistant
In this role, you will:

Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned

Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools

Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order

Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance

Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Report and respond to maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers, and emergency generators
