We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Surgical Technologist to join our growing surgical team. In this vital role, you will assist in preparing procedure rooms and operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment, and supporting surgeons and other healthcare professionals throughout the surgical process. Your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques will contribute to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. - Prepare procedure rooms and operating rooms by sterilizing instruments, arranging supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly for scheduled surgeries.
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, suturing wounds, and managing surgical tools with precision.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to prevent contamination and ensure patient safety.
- Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and analysis skills to anticipate the needs of the surgical team effectively.

- Certification as a Surgical Technologist from an accredited program is required.
- Proven OR experience with a strong background in aseptic technique, suturing, and infection control practices is preferred but not required.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pediatric care considerations.
