Alarm Dispatcher for a Central Station Call Center – Full & Part Time Positions Available
Family owned and operated security monitoring company located in South Metro Atlanta is looking for reliable individuals to become a part of our Central Station call center. Job duties include monitoring alarm signals and answering incoming/outgoing calls while exhibiting excellent customer service. We provide training on how to properly respond and verify alarms, how to notify and dispatch the proper authorities, as well as how to document proper responses within the alarm software program. Must be able to follow policy and procedure. Data entry and other duties are also required.
We are open 24 hours a day and have overnight shifts available. Must have flexibility with the ability to work weekends. Shift differential is available once training is complete.
Pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check is required.

- Basic knowledge of computer functions.

- Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or other shifts.
