About the Role
G6 Technologies LLC is seeking a technically skilled and process-driven Automation & Systems Integration Specialist to manage and maintain critical business automations and system integrations. This is a full-time, ON-SITE role based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, supporting automation infrastructure across multiple business entities in the financial and precious metals sectors.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency, accurate lead tracking, and system continuity across platforms, including (Integromat), Keap, GoHighLevel, and other tools used for marketing, sales, and reporting workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automation workflows in
- Integrate third-party systems, including CRMs (Keap, GoHighLevel), DropFunnels, VoIP providers, webinar tools, and marketing platforms.
- Support the migration from Keap to GoHighLevel, ensuring data integrity and automation continuity.
- Maintain accurate lead routing and marketing attribution using UTM tracking.
- Develop and manage daily automation processes that generate performance, order, and operational reports.
- Respond to internal team requests for automation adjustments, CRM tag updates, and workflow corrections.
- Document all workflows and system logic to ensure team-wide visibility and future scalability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with or similar automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n).
- Experience working with Keap (Infusionsoft) and/or GoHighLevel platforms.
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and CRM automation logic.
- Strong understanding of data mapping, contact tagging, and marketing attribution (including UTMs).
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple technical tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Bonus: Experience integrating telephone systems (e.g., RingCentral, Twilio, etc.) with CRMs.

- Must be willing to work on-site, full-time (remote work is not available)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
