Role Description The Turf Account Representative Atlanta role is a full-time, on-site position located in Atlanta. This role is responsible for managing turf-related customer accounts, building relationships with landscape and grounds care professionals, and promoting Central Pro Supply’s products and services. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, providing product recommendations, and supporting contractors with solutions tailored to their turf and landscape needs. The representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate inventory information, and smooth account operations. The role also involves identifying sales opportunities, conducting product training or demonstrations, and supporting local marketing or promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Sales skills, with experience nurturing client relationships and growing revenue.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to support contractors and internal teams effectively.
- Candidates should possess Training abilities, including explaining product features and guiding customers on best practices.
- Knowledge of turf, irrigation, and landscape products or related green industry experience is highly beneficial.
