We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead our landscaping and horticulture teams in creating and maintaining beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation management, and tree care.
• Oversee landscaping projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
• Manage crew schedules, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide mentorship to foster team growth.
• Identify plants accurately to ensure proper care, pest management, and landscape design adherence.
• Maintain irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement efficient watering schedules for optimal plant health.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards are met and landscapes are maintained to high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to coordinate construction projects and landscape enhancements.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant identification and landscape aesthetics.
• Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in outdoor settings or construction environments.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems installation, repair, and management is essential.
• Hands-on experience with lawn care techniques, tree pruning, gardening practices, and general landscape maintenance.
• Background in managing construction projects or similar outdoor development initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage crew operations efficiently.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and maintenance procedures related to outdoor environments.
