What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elementary Teacher position at Central Pennsylvania Digital Learning Foundation?
Salary: Based on experienceCPDLF has an opening on our Academic Team for an Elementary teacher starting January 5, 2026. Current assignments include Learning Guide (mentor), teaching grades 2 and 3, and participation on various teacher teams. Candidates within 1 hour of our Altoona or Stroudsburg Learning Centers will report to the Learning Center on a rotating schedule with other teachers and paraprofessionals to provide tutoring and support for learners who chose to come to our Learning Center.CPDLF is a K to 12 PA cyber school that serves learners and families across the state of PA in a blended learning environment. Learners have access to their learning platforms at all times and are encouraged to take ownership of their learning. Teachers provide synchronous daily Morning Meetings, Live Lessons weekly for each course taught, small group instruction, and at least weekly check-ins with their learners. Our main office is located in Altoona, PA and we have Drop In Learning Centers in the Altoona Logan Valley Mall and in Stroudsburg, PA.The CPDLF Team values developing strong, personable connections with each learner and their family.
