POSITION SUMMARY: We’re seeking an HR Benefits & Leave Specialist to support employees and managers in all aspects of benefits administration and leave management. In this role, you will coordinate employee leaves (FMLA, ADA, workers’ comp, and other leave programs), guide employees through benefits options, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations. You will also support onboarding by reviewing benefit programs with new hires and assisting with required paperwork. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, informed, and compliant employee experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's Degree in Business or Human Resources related field. Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
- Two years of Human Resources experience OR two years of experience in a progressively responsible analytical, leadership or administrative position.
- aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP required within one year of employment.
- Exceptional database and spreadsheet knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet required deadlines.
- Critical and analytical thinking skills.

Pay is based on years of experience and applicable qualifications. $68,000-$77,600 starting pay. We also provide relocation assistance.
