Job Overview
MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented stocker to join our team in a fast-paced grocery store environment. The stocker will play a vital role in ensuring that our shelves are well-stocked, organized, and clean, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage inventory and maintain the overall appearance of the store.
Duties
- Stock shelves with products, ensuring proper placement and rotation according to guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor.
- Package and label items as needed for display or sale.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks to uphold store standards and safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly stock area and sales floor.
- Basic knowledge of retail math concepts for effective inventory management is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also being SELF-MOTIVATED.
