Overview:
We are seeking a creative, driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to oversee and execute digital marketing strategies for two body shops and one bar. This role requires someone who can balance multiple brand voices, create engaging content, and drive customer growth through innovative social media and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each business
- Manage daily content creation, posting, and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Capture high-quality photos and videos on-site, including services, customer experiences, events, and promotions
- Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant and competitive
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and collaborations
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with staff to highlight services, specials, and events
- Maintain brand consistency while tailoring content to each business’s unique audience
- Assist with in-person marketing efforts, events, and branding initiatives
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
- Excellent content creation skills (photo, video, editing, captions)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with a results-driven approach
- Experience in hospitality, beauty, or automotive industries is a plus
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses (portfolio preferred)
- Degree in Marketing preferred.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work on-site full-time
- Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends for bar events or peak business hours
- Comfortable being on camera and directing content shoots
- Reliable transportation
