Janitorial/Environmental Services

• Maintain the cleanliness of the lot – sweep, keep it clean of debris, spray down walkways
• Clean walking surfaces and building entrances
• Dusting of all offices and clinical areas
• Cleaning of glass/windows in areas designated by management
• Cleaning of kitchens/lunchrooms/breakrooms
• Clean/sanitize surfaces touched by individuals (door handles, elevator buttons, etc.)
• Sweep, mop and maintain the cleanliness of the hard flooring surfaces
• Vacuum carpeting areas/rugs/runners
• Maintain the restrooms with paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
• Collect and remove trash/waste from receptacles; add new empty bags
• Anything necessary as determined by office/property management
