Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and relay messages accurately and promptly
- Handle data entry tasks using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software to maintain organized records
- Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings with attention to detail
- Support office management activities such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and maintaining supplies
- Assist with client communication and customer support to foster strong relationships
- Utilize computer skills including Dentrix, WEAVE and Microsoft office for various administrative functions
- Experience with Insurance claims
Qualifications
- Proven Dental or medical office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and clear communication abilities
- Proficiency in Dental Software programs, Insurance Billing and Claims, Microsoft Office programs, spreadsheets, data entry, and general computer literacy
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective client communication in diverse settings
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and office management tools preferred
- Strong typing skills along with proofreading capabilities to ensure accuracy in all documents
