Position Requirements - What You Need to Know Before Applying
- Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week).
- Shift Availability: Shifts may begin as early as 7:30 AM and may end as late as 5:30 PM. You must be available to work shifts within this range.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to travel locally to our satellite offices around the I-270. Mileage reimbursement is available for eligible midday travel.
As an LPN at COUG, you’ll be a cornerstone of our clinical team - where your skills, dedication, and compassion directly impact patient care and outcomes.
Your role will include:
- Managing provider schedules and directing patient flow
- Handling the medication/script line and routing messages as needed
- Preparing rooms and assisting providers during in-office procedures
- Educating patients and answering questions within your scope of practice
- Reporting any adverse medication events to providers
- Contributing to the daily success of the clinic through teamwork and initiative

- Current LPN license in the State of Ohio (required)
- 1 year of LPN experience in a clinical setting (preferred)
- Experience in urology or a surgical specialty is a plus
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- An innate ability to think critically, act decisively, and maintain calm focus in a fast-paced environment
