Due to an upcoming retirement, Central Ohio Farmers Co-op, Inc. is hiring an Experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to work at the Marion, Ohio corporate office. The schedule for this full-time position will be Monday-Friday with minimal overtime.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this person will work with all Company locations and vendors to ensure invoice management workflow. Inventory, receiving and payables experience is vital for this opportunity. The Experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator must have good attendance and a friendly, positive attitude.
All other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 3 years of accounts payable or receivables experience.
- High school graduate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good attendance.
- Friendly and approachable demeaner.
- Acceptable credit history.
- Clean background.
Preferred qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Background working in fuel, propane or agriculture.
