What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Counselor position at Central Office?
Accepting applications for a full time Licensed School Counselor for the 2026-2027 school year.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
- Master’s Degree in school counseling from an accredited institution of higher learning and an approved program in school counseling; or ability to immediately begin working toward the degree
Experience
- Three years of teaching/counseling experience preferred
- Field experience and internship in a school setting at the appropriate grade level(s) as required by an approved program in school counseling preferred
*Arickaree was recently selected as a recipient of the School Counselor Corps Grant through CDE. During the next 3 years of the grant, a licensed school counselor position including benefits is fully funded and partial tuition reimbursement is also available.
