What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Specialist position at Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership, Inc.?
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support within the Early Childhood Programs department, including but not limited to reports, paperwork, data entry, files, and other documentation as needed.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure enrollment applications are completed accurately and within the deadline
- Review and complete documents of Early Childhood employee files
- Assist with data entry into the Childplus database
- Ensure proper In-Kind documentation of children and family recruitment efforts
- Assist employees with the professional development process
- Be willing to travel as needed to complete other clerical and administrative duties within the service area
- Participate in all required meetings and trainings
- Adhere to all CNCAP policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED required, prefer AA or BA in Business Administration
- Valid driver's license
- Office experience working with computers, staff, and the ability to handle multiple tasks

- knowledge in word, excel, PowerPoint, and computer programs in general
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with others
SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7am - 5pm
REPORTS TO: ECP Director
JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
PAY: TBD
