Overview
We are seeking a Print Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in InDesign, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to great customer service. This role requires preparing files, designing for digital and offset printing projects, and operating digital presses.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to set type, design layouts and operate digital presses.
- Review, troubleshoot, and optimize incoming customer files for print readiness, including checking margins, bleeds, and resolutions.
- Operate digital presses and monitor print runs for color accuracy, alignment, and overall quality, ensuring jobs are completed on time.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure all project deadlines are met efficiently.
- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries related to ongoing design orders, print services, and proof approvals.
Requirements
- Must have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with the rest of the team.
